Report subscription "contains errors"
Hi Anonymous ,
Please check if the subscription is in a pending state. If it is, you can try editing the subscription in the portal and make a non-functional change like adding a full stop to the end of the subscription name. This will set the ModifiedBy to your user account and the subscription might start working again.
Verify if the report is running with limited data in the browser. If it is, try running the subscription with limited value and check whether the subscription is working or not.
Check if there are any account or license issues. A subscription will end if the Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license expires, the report or dashboard is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted.
Check your email settings. To avoid subscription emails going to your spam folder, add the Power BI email alias ([email protected]) to your contacts.
Check your admin portal settings. If your admin has enabled the tenant setting for Block Public Internet Access, then email subscriptions with full report attachment (FRA) or report preview aren’t delivered.
If these steps don’t resolve your issue, you might want to check out Microsoft’s guide on troubleshooting subscriptions.FAQs about Troubleshoot subscribing to dashboards and reports - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi,
I had the same issue while trying to edit a subscription. The reason was that the page the subscription was based on was hidden in the workspace.
Cheers,
Dana
