Report refresh don't finish
I set the gateway and credentials, but when I press refresh, it starts, the arrows keep spinning, but never finish. I don't get an error or anything, what could be the problem? Thank you!

You can see the refresh log in refresh history in datasets . If it fails, it will display detailed information .
