Report refresh don't finish

Question

I set the gateway and credentials, but when I press refresh, it starts, the arrows keep spinning, but never finish.I don't get an error or anything, what could be the problem?&nbsp;Thank you!

You can see the refresh log in refresh history in datasets .&nbsp;&nbsp;If it fails, it will display detailed information .
