Report publishing is taking a long time and chart titles will not load in PowerBI online version

When publishing PowerBI reports that I have been using and publishing for months now suddenly they are taking FOREVER to publish.  When I use the online version of PowerBI to view report the chart titles will not load they just have a continuing loading circle icon.

Hi there,

A few of us in my company are having the same issue right now -- updating an app.

Also all of our free users has lost access to the app, which should be available for all organization, perhaps because the app is taking so long to publish it's no longer on the app environment.

Hi, I am having the same Issue.

Publishing app message is going for ever. But when I close it & see my App...it's refreshed.

Can we get an update on this?

Hi @DavidMShaw,

1. I would suggest you always use the latest version of Desktop. Please upgrade the Desktop first.

2. Please check if you still have spare space in the Service.

3. (1). Use the "Get Data" in the Service to upload the file. Check if this can be done?

    (2). Rename the pbix file and publish it to a new App workspace. Check if this can be done?

    (3). If both (1) and (2) fail, I would suggest you delete the dataset in the Service, then publish the data set again.

Please be aware of the risk of losing the reports made in the Service.
