Report published thourgh app not updating data

Hello!

I'm fairly new to power bi. I created a report and published through the app. So people in my organization can access it through the app. Every week when the app refreshes, people in my organization can see the report perfectly except one person. The app never resheshes from him. I tried deleting the report from the app and downloading it again, clearing browser cache, using different browser but nothing worked. I would really appreciate experts' help here.

Based on your description that you are putting all of these members into one workspace, then you need to make sure that the user has the appropriate permissions to view the updated data. Sometimes permissions can be set at the dataset level, not just at the report or application level. Next, verify that the user's role in the application workspace is configured correctly. If the user is only a viewer, they may not be able to see the latest data if there is a delay in the application's update or refresh schedule. Consider temporarily elevating their role to "Participant" or "Member" to see if this resolves the issue.

Yes I would suggest trying the removal of the user from the app and adding them back in.

Could you try removing the user from the app, making sure the user cannot see the app, then re adding the user to the app and see if they can then see it successfully?

I believe I forgot to mention that, I created a workspace first. Then I added people who are going to see the report. Then published the through the app. So, who ever is in the group can see the report through the app. So, should I remove the person from group and add back again?
