Could you try removing the user from the app, making sure the user cannot see the app, then re adding the user to the app and see if they can then see it successfully?

Helper II believe I forgot to mention that, I created a workspace first. Then I added people who are going to see the report. Then published the through the app. So, who ever is in the group can see the report through the app. So, should I remove the person from group and add back again?
