Does anyone know of a report (or App) that reports on the content on my Power BI tenant?
I need to know how many workspaces, which license modes, which capacities, who are admins, when was workspace created, when was workspace last accessed, etc. etc.
I'd also like to know similar data points on each report, app, dashboard (and whatever else may be in a workspace.
Anyone have anything that they'd be willing to share? I've asked my local Microsoft resources but have been unsuccessfull.
Thanks
Karl

There are some out of the box reports for admin, and you must be a Fabric Admin to have access to these. If you are, click on workspaces, look for Admin Monitoring
BUT, it only has limited info. The data that you required must be collected through a data pipeline (that you have to build) using the Power BI Scanner API. This will allow you to collect all metadata regarding your tenant. Most organizations who have BI team would have this set up in their org.

Hi @kschulte You can make use of the Power BI/Fabric Rest APIs. This will provide the detail you require.

There is also a custum connector developed by Miguel Escobar available:
