Report not refreshing on Power BI

    Hi Anonymous ,

    If you have configured gateway successfully, when you refresh data, it should work without anything specific and after you see refresh sceessful in the refresh history, the report should be the latest.

Hi Anonymous ,

  1. Many issues can surface when the gateway version is out of date. It's a good general practice to make sure you're on the latest version. If you haven't updated the gateway for a month or longer, consider installing the latest version of the gateway. Then see if you can reproduce the issue.
  2. You can check whether you have configured the data source of gateway correctly.
  3. Please try to use on-premiss gateway to try it again.

Since there is no clear information about your refresh, if the above not help, you can share some error messages and screen shots about it for further discussion.
