Hi ,
Suppose we have 2 reports in a workspace and created an app.
If we give users permission to that app, they would be able to view those 2 reports. Can we limit the access for some users to one particular report?
Thanks in advance!

Hey @Swati_Chandak ,
that's not possible at the moment. Currently you can only publish one app per workspace. This app will then always contain the same reports.
However, you could limit the access of user 2 in the report with row level security. Like this he could open the report, but it won't contain any data.
Sorry about that. There is this idea under review since a while. Hopefully the feature of multiple apps per workspace will come soon:

Hi @Swati_Chandak ,
You may Create different Audience group for reports under the same app when you publish. Hide and show reports for each Audience group.

Hi @selimovd ,
Thanks for your reply.
Row level would work where we have to restrict some data within the same report. But here, we have different reports. So, I guess will have to wait for the new feature.
