Report is not being exported in Excel

Hi Team,   Please advice !!   I have created paginated report, I am able to get report in Excel format when i would select 2k rows but when i will try to get a  excel format report of 109642 rows...

Hi, what is the size of the file when you export from Report Builder?

    size of file from report builder is 48.9 mb
