Report in Power BI Service: Cannot load model

We have a bunch of reports accessing Azure Analysis Services, published in a Power BI workspace.

When I try to open any report I get the message 'Cannot load model'

Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.

First question : How do I get this information to support? there is no way to open a ticket and describe this problem!

Some other users experience the same issue, others don't
I am admin on the Power BI workspace.

I have adminstrative rights on the Azure Analysis Service.

I'm able to access the data from PowerBI Desktop, DAX Studio and SSMS.

I'm using the same account to login.
