my report fail to refresh recently since data source is a view in sql server however the base table of the view has been relocated to another database.
may i know how can i get this fixed?
Hi @jajaAtPowerbi ,
Since the database view does not store data, it goes into the underlying database to get the data each time it is used. Since your database was migrated, you must either re-edit the database view or create an identical view based on the new database. Then create a report in Power BI Desktop using the new database view and publish to the service and configure refresh.

Hey @jajaAtPowerbi ,
you have to create a new connection to this new database (I guess you're talking about PBI Service).
