Report encryption with customer key error

We are getting below same error while opening 5 reports in Power BI Service. The reports are connecting to single/multiple SharePoint/Jira datasources and refresh works fine in Power BI Desktop. Being Power BI Admin, we haven't encrypted/configured any Power BI Customer Key as of now.

 

After refreshing the report we are getting below error.

Can anyone help?

     This issue was occurring because the key with which PBI Premium Capacity was encrypted was deleted from Keyvault. Issue got resolved after the key was restored to the KeyVault.
