Report embed into a website

I want to embed a power bi report into our company's website and i need admin's permission to do that. The problem is my organization is using Google Workspace not Microsoft 365 and only my account has a power bi premium. Where or how can i find the admin for power bi as required for the necessary permissions since we are using google workspace.

I am assuming that our Google Workspace admins may able to enable the "embed to web" options for my power bi report. But still isin't Powerbi a Microsoft product while we are using Google Workspace service?

Hi @retrokaushik ,

It will be your Power BI admin that will provide the embed link and will make sure that capability is on.  The Google Workspace adminstrator will take that provided URL and embed it into the appropriate workspace.  The fact that your website is not Microsoft controlled is no problem.  Many other organizations use Google or other vendors for their website without issue.

Hey @retrokaushik ,

To embed the report you need to have the embed link from Power BI and use that URL in your website.  So, you will need to contact the Power BI portal admin to get the link.  By default the Office 365 Administrator is the Power BI Administrator so you can start by asking IT department who that is as well.

To find your Google administrator I found this on the Google site:

Your administrator might be:

The person who gave you your username, as in name@your-company.com

Someone in your IT department or Help desk (at a company or school)

The person who manages your email service or web site (in a small business or club)

Contacting Google Workspace Support: If you’re unable to find the Google Workspace administrator using the previous methods, you can contact Google Workspace support directly. They can assist you in locating the administrator or provide guidance on how to proceed. Visit the Google Workspace support website or call the support hotline for assistance.
