Report doesn't load when you select a slicer option

Hi,

 

We have occasional issues with Power BI where we have a slicer on the page (showing customers for example) and when you select a particular customer the report never loads. It just sits there with the rotating 'hourglass' forever. If I switch the slicer to another customer it loads straight away. If I switch back it doesn't load again. Has anyone else had this issue ?

    Strange. I would suggest you to create a support ticket and send screenshots to the PowerBI support for the further investigation.

    Hi daveevans99,

     

    Which data source did you connect to? Please provide the detail steps so that we can try to test it in our environment.

     

    Also please try to use the latest Power BI desktop, and republish the report to service to see if issue persists.
