Dear BI community,
We are recently using scorecards for our departments in the online environment and would like to share these scorecards with external parties as well.
However, when sharing the scorecards with external parties, the theme color of the connected reports looks quite off (turns pink). Is there something we overlooked in our approach?
Process:
From scorecard to report
Users are forwarded to the connected report by clicking on the report icon.
In the case of the external users, they will be forwarded to the connected report, however their report has another theme color (pink)
Original theme color internal users:
Theme color external users
Sidenote
When external users enter the scorecard their URL contains a ctid. When forwarded from the scorecard to the connected report the ctid disappears from the URL and the theme colors as well.
Looking forward to your answers
Thanks a lot for the help.
Best Caroliene
