Report cached data for days while dataset refreshed 3 times a day.

Hi,

Sometimes my users are experiencing report level caching issues.

the users are seeing old data in the report while the underlying dataset has been refreshed.

today a user call me because changed made in the source last week are still not visible in Power BI, while the dataset is refreshed 3 times per day!

clicking the refresh button in the report solved the issue.

but my users are loosing their confidence in the data, they never know if the data displayed are accurate or not, and clicking the refresh button all the time is just too much.

so... what can I do to prevent this problem?

and what is causing the problem? a server side cache?  a browser cache ?
