Report analyzing machine state in near real time (>10s) | Direct Query | PushData Set

Hi all,

I'm relatively new to Power BI.

Setting :

I have 9 testing machines in a lab. Once a day, a specific test sample is measured to check the stability of the machines.

I created a Power BI report in Power BI Desktop with some measures that check the stability on multiple parameters etc. and show the actual state of the machines.

-> Grab the latest entry

-> Comparing the values with the standard results

-> checking for the time passed from the last test -> like a timer

I want to publish these data on a big screen mounted in the laboratory, so that the operators can check the state of the machines in near real time.

For this reason, I started to develop a skript that pushes me the data - as soon as available, in a Pushdataset for every machines.

(Separate Pushdataset for each machine)

Using these Pushdatasets in Power bi Desktop - the "Auto Page Refresh" do not work.

If I publish the data to the service - to get a fullscreen kind of "Dashboard" -> it doesnt actualize.

Do you have any hint for me, whats would be the best way to do it?

best regards Kili
