Report activity usage not working since October 2018

 

I see many people posting about this issue, however, did not see any response to the status of the problem.

The 10-2-2018 is the last update we have, also.  So it has not been working for us, too.

Need Help

    HI Anonymous,

     

    It seems like an known issue list on support page, you can take a look at following link to know more about this:

    Customers may have issues with the Dashboard/Reports Usage Metrics updating correctly. Engineers have developed a fix which will correct metrics from point-in-time going forward. We expect that fix to be deployed to all regions by end-of-day 10/19. Engineers will then work to process historical metrics for all reports. Next update @ 10/19/18 at 5pm PDT.
