Report access following credentials update

Hi, I have a situation where a user had incorrect credentials to access a Power BI report in the Service. They have now been given Workspace Viewer rights so should now have access but its still sho...

    What I would advise is no more than checking the credentials or authentication method of your Dataset/Dataflow in the setting, or if your Dataset is connecting to on-prem data, make sure the on-premises gateway is online and mapped correctly, and ensure the user/service account that owns the dataset is authorized on the gateway. 

    Refresh your dataset once done and ask your report viewer to refresh the webpage. 


    Maybe other users or community support have better suggestions ?
