Report access by app audience

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way to capture which user (added in audience) has access to the reports (published in app) for the governance point. Have done lot of research but not getting anything which statifies the requirement.

Thanks,

Hi @HamzaAli ,

You may kindly navigate to the app’s Manage Permissions section and click on the three dots to open the permissions settings. From there, you will be able to view who has access to each report. attached snip for reference.

Hi @HamzaAli ,

If the other answers do not work for your needs, there is also the ability to use the REST API's.  They can be found here:  Power BI REST APIs for embedded analytics and automation - Power BI REST API | Microsoft Learn

The Get commands are probably the ones that you are most interested in using.  Specifcially, I think you will be wanting to use "Groups GetGroupUsersAsAdmin"

As far as I know the best option right now is FUAM, with this you can track the app/report usage and much more.

usage can be captured by usage matrix directly, I need whoever has access despite of if they never interact with report.
