Same problem just happened to me. I added a tab/new page, republished, and the ID changed, rendering all of my filtered links useless. Could it be something with adding a new page, perhaps?
Additionally: To be thorough in describing the conditions that led to the problem, I also recently enabled the new navigation (preview) interface.
Any solution to this? We are updating reports and adding glossary pages and our url's are changing.
