Report Slow even with 2 Premium Capacities

In Power BI, we have a report that slows down as the number of users increases. We have 2 premium capacities. We turned on autoscale - only going up to 86 (could go up to 256).   But the report is ...

    Hi Anonymous 

    My guessing is that there is a DAX measure or maybe relationships that need some attentions.

    Download the pbix ans start tunning it. You can use DAX studio and Vertipaq analyzer or the performance analyzer

    The powerbi website has a more detailed troubleshooting process for slow report loading:

     

    When reports are hosted on Premium Capacity, use the Microsoft Constructed Capacity Metrics application to determine if report hosting capacity frequently exceeds capacity resources. When resources are under pressure, it may be time to manage or expand capacity (Flowchart Terminator 1). When sufficient resources are available, investigate capacity activity during typical report usage (flowchart terminator 2).
