Report Showing ok in Desktop but Blanks in Service

Hi there !

Just joined the community. I've been using Power BI for a while now and there is one issue I can not solve. I have a report that pulls information from SalesForce where we track specific " #s " mentionned by agents. When refreshing the report in Desktop everything loads fine. When I publish it to Service, it shows for a while then everything switches blanks. It's the only report where I get this kind of problem.

PBI Desktop : Data is accurate and everything works

PBI Service : all visuals are showing blanks

Hope someone has an answer to this !

thanks

Or In power bi clear cache from options and settings, close and open power bi and try. If they got corrected then republish, clear browser cache, and try.
