Report Sharing

Hello, I have Pro user, as my college. but I cant share my reports with her. Its the message she gets while trying to open the report

Can you help with this issue?

  • Perhaps this report too complex for Pro user. I built up easier one and everything worked ok. I'll upgrade my user to premium and try again.

    Yes I shared my report via link.

    We both have Pro users and she shares back her reports easily.

     

    I found that One or more cloud data sources for this dataset have been deleted. And link Recreate cloud data sources doesn't work. How can I fix this problem? How can I find what was deleted or why?

    Perhaps thats why colleges cant access my report.

      Tamuna Did you use Power BI Desktop to connect directly to all cloud datasources then published that to Power BI Service or did you designed a Dataflow to "siphon" data from Cloud datasources then use it to feed the Power BI file?

  • Did you share your report via a link? And when your colleague click on the link to open report, she got the error message as above?

    If you are a Premium Per User (PPU) licensee, the shared report need to be published non-PPU workspace.

    Also, could you check if she has access to the report folder (workspace)
