Report Shared with external user - not opening
- 1 year ago
Hi
We have resolved the issue, (I think) - we clicked the 60 Trial License and it worked correctly, the user will now log a call with Microsoft and see why they were not able to see the reports.
Regards
Hi, Thank you for the response, but have tried removing and adding the user, - we use security groups and they are in the correct security group, and we have tried on 3 different computers and Incognito mode with no difference to the outcome. I have checked that the user has a pro license as well.

Hi Derek_Radue,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Check if your organization has any Conditional Access policies that might be restricting external user access belonging to a security policy. Some security policies can block users from accessing Power BI content, so verify and adjust the settings if necessary to ensure seamless access.
The table below outlines the licensing requirements for B2B access to Power BI. The left columns specify the workspace type and the per-user license of the data-sharing user. It also details the access limitations for Free, Pro, and Premium Per User (PPU) licenses when consuming data from an external tenant. Please check your workspace type and user type for the not supported columns and if that is the reason for the user not getting access.
