Report Shared with external user - not opening

    Hi

     

    We have resolved the issue, (I think) - we clicked the 60 Trial License and it worked correctly, the user will now log a call with Microsoft and see why they were not able to see the reports.

Hi Derek_Radue It might be an Entra ID or permission issue preventing access. Since other users have no issues, ensure the external user is correctly added to the app audience and their email matches the invited account. Try removing and re-adding them, clearing the cache, or testing in Incognito mode. If the issue is still there, check for conditional access policies restricting external users.
