Hello. I have done tons of looking, and it seems this question...I'm unable to find a direct answer and solve for it. What I need is for someone to tell me how to change or fix the time issue I''...

Hi jayhawk ,
All the datetimes are stored as UTC and it results in your issue.
What you will need to do, is to offset it by your timezone. The result will look wrong in Power BI Desktop. But once uploaded to Service and the dataset refreshes it will then be correct.
