Report Loses settings on ArcMap Visual
Hello,
My report has several maps that use ArcMap visual. The report has been working fine for several weeks but now the ArcMap visuals lose the settings in the PBI online while everything works fine in the Desktop version of the same report.
Has anyone experienced the same issue and can suggest a solution? I have tried the following tests without success:
1) Delete the report from Service and re-upload it
2) Delete the map from the report and recreate it

First, I'd check Issues. If you don't see it there, check the Support site. If you have a Pro or Premium account, you can submit a support ticket.

Do you check the option in Admin Portal? Does it enable?
I created a simple sample. You could have a try. If it works fine but yours still doesn't, please share a dummy file that we can test. You can upload it in OneDrive for Business.

Apologies for the late answer. Yes, that option is selected.
I can share a report with a sample of the data set though you will see that everything works fine in the report because the issue appears when the report gets uploaded into the Power BI Online workspace.
I am just thinking to switch to another visual (like MapBox) but happy to receive other suggestions before.
