Report Loading Issue, dots going in circle

Hi Guys

Can someone please point me in the right direction. 

I have created a report for a dataset, shared the report with client as well as my colleague in office.

The Report page just keeps showing "Loading" and the dots keep going in circles. 

Tried to navigate through the support page, but unfortunately couldnt track down the right lead. 

Appreciate urgent help if any please.

HI @skirshad,

What type of data source are you test? Do any specific permissions or filters apply to your dataset? Have you verified your data source credentials on power bi service side? Please share more detail informations to help us clarify your scenario.

Hi @skirshad 

Do both of the users have Pro licenses and access and permissions to the report? Or, is the report saved in Premium shared capacity?

I sometimes get the spinner if I try to open a report for which I don't have access...and eventually just have to use the back arrow. 

If that is not the problem, send along more details -- how are you "sharing", what permissions did you give them?
