    Hi Anonymous  - This looks like a licensing issue:   Are you using Pro, Premium or Premium Per user? 
    Even if you are using premium, I would sugest seeing if you can access your organisations Azure AD and see what Licenses the effected users have. -

1. try to use anonymous mode for your browser

2. try to clear your browser’s cookies
