Hello nix
I don't think it's possible. Unfortunately, Power BI Service does not provide additional settings to always open a specific page regardless of the last saved state.
If you need that feature in Power BI services in future, Please submit your idea here Power BI Idea Request If you get enough votes for your idea. Microsoft will condier this for future impelmentation. If you need additional info pls visit this accepeted solutions. https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-set-default-page-in-power-bi-service/td-p/1589119
Thank you!

Hi nix You could try these workarounds for your case
Publish your report to a Power BI App and share it with users. Apps provide a clean interface, bypassing workspace menus.
Open the report in Power BI Service, go to File > Make Default, and share it. Users will land directly on this report.
Use Power BI Embedded to show the report in a web portal or application, hiding Power BI menus.
Share the report's direct URL and use Row-Level Security to control data access.
If this post helped please do give a kudos and accept this as a solution
Thanks In Advance
Thank You,I will try it
