Report Downloading Issue from Power BI service

I have created a report in the workspace, which i have admin access in the power BI service(fabric). I am not able to download that particular report or  reports in that workspace. But, i have copied...

    Anonymous could you sharescreenshot?
    After running that API, if it responded with code 200 it means everything is fine. 
    The original report would still not be downloadable, but the new report that you published has now completelly the same layour/design/functionality as the original report.
    And this one you can download and later republish (override) the original file.

I did it and I get a succesful run but nothing has changed. What else can I try?
