Report Builder grid sizing like Crystal and Oracle reports

Does Report Builder have the grid sizing functionality like that of Crystal and Oracle Reports?  Both Crystal and Oracle reports have extensive report options to configure their report building environment.  Within these options are properties like Grid Size and Snap to Grid.

What I am after is the ability in Report Builder to refine object movements by arrow keys.  It is a pain in the rear to try and micro manage object movement via mouse when layout functionality is not a go.

Obviously we have the control and shift key hold down usages but I want complete control.

Or move the edge of the object to the exact position then change the respective size in the object properties.

Hi,

We have ruler which will help you for some extent. if you move your visuals it will show a blue line from ruler to position it properly. The other workaround is (again manual approach), you can build one grid using paint or PPT and store it as a image and use that as body background. You can add visuals on the grid once you completed your work then remove the background image.

I used to do this technique for proper alignment. Try and let me know.
