On a Fabric F8 capacity the workspaces are now all marked as being Premium workspaces which now means the reports are accessible by users with no Pro license.
Is this correct, or is it a bug?

If your workspace is hosted on Microsoft Fabric F8 capacity, it is considered a Premium workspace.
