Report Accessible without Pro License
On a Fabric F8 capacity the workspaces are now all marked as being Premium workspaces which now means the reports are accessible by users with no Pro license.
Is this correct, or is it a bug?

Can you still confirm this? I read in other sources like Power BI service features by license type - Power BI | Microsoft Learn that F64 is required.
