Report Access permissions issue
Dear Experts,
I have granted access permission to many users for my recently created dashboard, most of the users can access the report but few of them can't and receive below message,
Is there any thing i am missing while granting access, Kindly support thanks

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.This error usually means the affected users don’t have access to the underlying semantic model (dataset) used by the report. Could you please check the Manage Permissions section of the semantic model and ensure those users (or their security groups) have the required access.
If you're sharing via a Power BI App, also make sure they’re included in the App audience and republish the App after any changes. It would also help to check RLS role assignments and compare a working user with an affected user to spot any differences. If the report and semantic model are in different workspaces, confirm that users have access to both.

The issue was solved automatically, but what i observed is that it took some time for permissions to take place for affected users but can't figure out why this happened.
As soon as i granted permissions, emails were shoot out to every user, they immediately clicked the link and the error appears, for few users, but after few minutes they tried again and were successful.

Have you assigned read access to the report and the underlying semantic model? And the app?
It looks like the same issue I experience sometimes. Often it is because I missed the read permission to the semantic model.
