Render a SharePoint PDF file on Power BI App Open in Content area

I am publishing a Power BI app and would like to have a PDF file located in the SharePoint folder to be rendered in content area.

 

I put the PDF file SharePoint URL at the link field but it does not work. The page shows xxxx.sharepoint.com refused to connect.

 

Anyone has the solution for this?  Thank you in advance.

    Hi Anonymous 

    When you add links to app navigation and select the Content area option, it should be ensured the link can be embedded.

    then, I took a test and find .xlsx and .docx file on SharePoint can provide embed link.

    However, pdf file don't have the fuction, so I suggest you to convert pdf file to word file,

    Thanks, it is a single page PDF, i think convert it to a JPG will be a quick fix to this problem.
