Renaming column in a report

I have created a report with 2 columns. One of the column is aggregated using "Count". Hence the column name shows up as "Count of ColumnName" on the report. Is there a way i can rename this column and remove "Count of"??

  • Hi Vaness,

According to your description, you need to change the name of the column which used an aggregation function in your report, right?

Based on my research, we cannot rename this column and remove "Count of". Count of, Average of and Max of prefix are used to identified which aggregation function is used for this column. The default aggregation function is SUM, so there is no sum of prefix when using SUM function.

The work around for this requiremnet is create a calculated column to count the rows and change it's name.

Vanessa, if you select the visual, go to Fields Values, and double click the field you want to rename, see it in my example I removed "Count of", inserted space in "WO Number" and Ãctual Hours" too:
