Removing build access to published Apps for some users

We had given access to some users to our app and now one of the users doesnt exist anymore. 

When trying to removing his alias and republishing the app we get the following error.

How can we republish the app without this user.

Hi @gjadal ,

Where have you removed his alias? In your App workspace or in O365 organization? I suggest you remove in O365:

https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home#/homepage

And try to republish your app.
