Removing Title and Subtitle from Published Dashboard

I am importing a Power BI Dashboard into a Power App. Since you can only import dashboard, I converted an entire report into a dashboard. The prolem I am having is that the title and subtitle display on the dashboard. When importing into PowerApps, this takes up a ton space and causes it to not display properly. 

I read several tutorials about how to remedy this situation, they all say to click on Edit then uncheck the box to Display Title and Subtitle. I have looked all over and cannot find this option anywhere on the report in PowerBI Service or on the created dashboard. 

Any help would be appreciated.
