Removing Report/Page Filter in Reading View
I have a report in the Power BI Service to which I added a Report Filter. I then went into Reading View on that report. The filter itself worked fine. However, in Reading View, I was able to click the...
Adding to that observation, something is wrong or inconsistent with filters in the Service at the moment.
Page Level
- Add a Page Level Filter and then switch to Reading View
- Click the X to remove the filter (as Mark said, should this be possible?)
- Go to another report and then go back to the original one, and the Page Level Filter is back
Report Level
- Add a Report Level Filter and then switch to Reading View
- Click the X *OR* leave it alone
- Go to another report and then go back to the original, and the Report Level Filter is no longer there regardless of whether you removed it or not by clicking X
