Remove report subscriptions for terminated users

Good Day,

I'm trying to figure out a way how to remove/cancel report subscription for users who are no longer with organization.

AD account for the termiminated user(s) is set to disabled with no active licenses. 

By default (company policy) all emails for ex-employees are forwarded to a desiganted user/email box, which getting overwelmed with failed subscriptions.

A subscription will end if the Pro license expires, the dashboard or report is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted.

HI Jay, 

Thank you for you input. Yes, I was reading the very same documentation from Microsft. Unfortunatelly, this option will not work in our situation for the following reasons:

1. We have dedicated PBI capacity, and that user didn't have a Pro licence; only Free.
2. All reports are centrally deployed via Workspace Apps, and users have an ability to created theier own Republishing reports is not an option for us, since all existing (valid) subsriptions would be deleted.
3. Deleting user account is not an option either. This is mandated by audit policy of Active Directory. User/account could be desabled/inactive only. 

I was thinking/hoping to use capacity admin options/features to disable subsribtions, if it's possible.
