Hello,
I am using bookmark buttons in my PowerBI reports. They are not URL's. I have completely disabled the visual headers in Power BI since the only role of the button is to allow a user to get to a specific bookmark. Unfortunately, an extremely annoying (to me at least) "Click here to follow link" pop-up tooltip appears each time I hover over one of these buttons in the published report in Power BI service. This happens in both Microsoft Edge and in Firefox so I'm not sure where to look for an option to disable it. Is anyone aware of a way to fix this?

Thank you for your help!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Maybe you could submit an idea in ideas forum:

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to leave this here for anyone looking for an answer to this question. I just found that if you turn the tooltip on but make the text the exact same as the button text, the tooltip will not show on a button.
Hi,
Just click on button > got to Action > and switch on no tooltips toggle.
This will disable the "click here to follow link" message while you do mouse hower.
Hello David,
From my understanding, we cannot hide that.
Instead we can use a tooltip in the Button and add a custom message as tool tip for that button as below
Hi @Anonymous ,
This tooltip could not be removed, it is by design.

Thank you for the response. It would be great if this was optional as in my opinion it only adds clutter to the page.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you please tell me if your problem has been solved? If it is, could you please mark the helpful replies as Answered to close this topic?

indicating "submit an idea in ideas forum" is not a solution, it needs to be meaningful towards solving the problem, like a workaround. So it should never be marked as "solved" if the problem persits.
Not trying to be mean here, just logical like good computer people we are !
