Hi All,
I was trying to show someone how easy it is to add a scheduled refresh to a report but now I can't seem to delete them. The report really only needs to be refreshed 2x a day and my gateway server can't handle too many simultanious refreshes. Anyone have a suggestion?
Thanks!!
Jim

Hi @Jim_,
It has been noted an issue where you are trying to click on the X next to the time to delete a scheduled refresh time and it isn't working.
Try using using google chrome in an incognito window. This is a known cache issue wiht the web site. The other option is to clear all browser cache.
Hope this helps!
