Remote Desktop Redshift Connection Issues East vs West Coast
We have a remote desktop with several successful connections to redshift databased that are all on the west coast.
A legacy database has been moved from West Coast to East Coast.
I am able to connect to it via ODBC on my local desktop, using the same credentials I am unable to connect to it on the remote desktop where the gateway is hosted.
What I dont know is where the remote desktop is being hosted. I am thinking it might be the root cause but this is outside my wheelhouse.
