Relative Date Filtering "In this Day"

I'm trying to filter my data to today's data only. But for whatever reason Power BI keeps using UTC Today Date, so it's filtering to the wrong date. How do I use this filter properly? My date field is Date not DateTime.

The time zone of the power Bi service server is set to UTC.
