Registrering Azure App - Stuck in endless loop

Hello Community,

I am trying to registre my Azure App in Power BI but have come across a weird bug

I am using this website: https://dev.powerbi.com/apps

When I hit the big yellow 'Sign in' button, I am redirected away from the page and into the PBI service instead, causing an endless loop where I can never actually get to register my app.

Does this site button work for any of you guys or is it just me? I tried it on my coworkers PC as well with the same result

Alternatively is there another place I can go to do this?
