Region settings not updated for visuals

Super UserHi. Those changes are for your local environment. The service will use the browser settings by default. You can check your browser configuration to validate the behaviour. You can also see that configuration at dataset settings at the "general" tab.
That impact on decimals, thousands separatos and dates.
