Regarding Extended Pro Trail.

Several Users in our company are having issues when using Extended Pro Trail. They are asked to upgrade to pro license before they can access to those report. And they are regular users before the change in May.

 

Can someone help us to look at this issue?

    If the issue still persists, please leave your email for logging Power BI, we will check your eligibility and send you notification again.

      We are also getting this issue. Many users who should have been eligable for the 12 month trial have now lost access to Power BI.
